Instructions: Please use this form to determine whether you are ready to apply to the NSCC Nursing program and what steps to take if you are not yet eligible to apply.

Please review the Nursing pre-requisite coursework. All classes must be completed with a grade of "C" or better BEFORE you apply to the Nursing program, and your GPA calculated for these courses must be 2.8 or above. You must also have a minimum ATI-TEAS Academic Preparedness level of Proficient.
